Not true....
I am no expert on internet laws....but I know that similar things have happened in the past.....with Pepsi, famous celebrities....

but I am not sure if just a similar name with purposeful intent would work....

Example: I hear about this great new product called Pepsi....I then go and register the name in an effort to try and get a large payday from the makers of Pepsi in a buyout.....Pepsi could take me to court and easily win rights to the domain.....

Ken and I talked about the URL about 2 weeks ago. We laughed about it. I told him to have his techs call and I would transfer the domain to him. I said I bought it for him as a joke and that he should have bought the other domains because if it wasnt me giving it back to him he would have a problem getting it. If you want to hear the tape, you can.

Identity, I thought it wasn't going to be a competitor. I thought I saw them writing that here a month or so ago. Therefore by buying the URL I would be expempt from that as the owner of the new operation clearly stated it will not be competing with the RX which is the same as Majorwager
